Ingredients: Spaghetti: 250 gm| Cream: 150 ml| Chicken: 80 gm| Parmesan: 100 gm| Salt to taste| Pepper to taste| Parsley: 10 gm| Garlic: 5 gm.
Method: Blanch the spaghetti pasta to an al-dente.| In a pan, take some garlic and sauté it till it
turns golden.| Add cubes of chicken to it and then add the pasta. Add salt and pepper.| Finish the pasta by adding cream to it.| Add the parmesan at the end sprinkle finely-chopped parsley over the dish.| Serve hot with crisp garlic bread.
