Role Summary: This BOXI Migration Contractor position calls for contract resources to assist Sun Life in the BOXI R3.1 Migration program.
The candidate will be responsible to migrate applications, universes, business views, user groups, users, Crystal report template and instances, WEBI reports and instances from the Sun Life BOXI R2 systems to BOXI R3.1 systems.
Responsibilities:· Compile report inventory list from BOXI R2 system
· Using Sun Life migration procedure and tools, migrate BOXI R2 applications and objects to BOXI R3.1
· Perform application set up and administration duties after migrating application and reports to BOXI 3.1
· Handle migration defects and provide technical solutions to correct defects
· Provide technical support and trouble shooting to development teams
· Plan and co-ordinate own tasks and tasks of other team member when given role of point contact for development teams
