Sadhguru says we should have only two meals a day after the age 30 and should avoid eating dinner to have a healthy life. This is very true. World's oldest man, Walter Bruening, who died recently of natural death at the age of 114 was having only two meals a day from past 35 years "I think you should push back from the table when you're still hungry. You get in habit of not eating at night, and you realize how good you feel" he said.
