Ingredients: Diced chicken: 250 gm |Sliced ginger: 5 gm| Sliced garlic: 5 gm| Sliced red chilly: 5 gm| Sliced onion: 5 gm| Spring onion: 10gm|Chicken broth: 5 gm
Chinese Preserved Vegetable: 3 gm| Chicken marinade sauce: 5 ml |Water: 20 ml
Method: Deep fry the diced chicken in oil and keep aside.
| Heat the oil in the wok, put ginger, garlic and toss it for a while. Then add red chilly and onion.
| Add fried chicken and toss it, add spring onion, water, chicken marinade sauce and Chinese
preserve vegetables.
| Season with chicken powder and leave it to cook.
| Shift nicely in the bowl and garnish with coriander.
